The Hearing and Vision Program of Macomb County annually screen our students.
On September 21st, our Young 5's program will be screened for both Hearing and Vision. Later in October, Grades 1, 3, and 5 with follow ups for students in Grades 2 and 4 will have their vision screened.
Parents who prefer to opt out of this service need to click the title above and fill out a form. The office will collect the information to ensure your child NOT be screened.
